D&D Junk Removal charges by volume — how much space your items take up in the truck, across 8 load sizes running from a single-item minimum pickup to a full 15-yard truck. The price covers the crew, the hauling and the disposal fee, and it is confirmed on-site before any work begins. The full rate for every load size is published on the pricing page.

By the load. A single single item or a few small pieces is the minimum pickup; a packed garage is roughly a half load. A few specific items carry a disposal surcharge on top because the transfer station charges us separately for them: Flatscreen TV, Box/CRT TV, Mattress, Box spring, AC unit, Paint can (dry/empty only), Tire, Battery, Extra weight/difficult access. Those surcharges are listed with their amounts on the pricing page.

The estimate is free and there is no obligation. The crew walks the job with you, gives you a firm number, and you decide. If the number does not work for you, they leave and you owe nothing.

Cash, Credit/Debit, Check, Venmo, Zelle. Payment is due when the job is finished, not up front — there is no deposit to book.

No. The number quoted on-site is the number you pay. Labor, travel, loading and dump fees are all inside the load price. The only additions are the published disposal surcharges, and those are disclosed before the crew loads anything.

Often, yes. Call or book before noon and D&D Junk Removal can usually reach you the same day. Next-day pickup is almost always available across Worcester County. Hours are Monday through Friday 8am–7pm and Saturday 8am–5pm.

For most jobs yes, because the price is confirmed on-site and someone has to approve it. For a driveway or curbside pickup where the items are already staged and the scope is clear, it can be arranged over the phone instead.

None for a standard pickup — call and take the next open window. For a full-house or estate cleanout that needs a bigger crew and multiple truck loads, a day or two of notice gets you a better window.

Call and move it. There is no deposit and no cancellation fee, so changing the date costs nothing.

Furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, hot tubs, sheds, construction and demolition debris, yard waste, and general household clutter. If it fits in the truck and is not hazardous, it goes. Full list on the what we take page.

Hazardous material — wet paint, motor oil, solvents, chemicals, propane tanks, car batteries, and anything containing asbestos. These require licensed handling and a transfer station will refuse them. Empty, fully dried paint cans are fine, at the per-can surcharge listed on the pricing page.

No. Point at what goes and the crew handles the lifting, the stairs and the loading. Items can be in a basement, an attic, a second floor or a back yard — that is the job, not an add-on.

Anything still usable is separated for donation, metal and appliances go to a recycler, and only what is genuinely waste goes to the transfer station. Nothing is dumped illegally — every load goes to a licensed facility.

Worcester, Dudley, Webster, Auburn, Oxford, Millbury, Charlton, Southbridge, Shrewsbury and Killingly. Most of Worcester County is covered, and there is no travel charge inside the service area. If your town is not on the list, call — it is often still an easy run.

Not always, and that is deliberate. The price includes a real insured crew, a legal disposal path and a firm number that does not move once the truck is loaded. Cheaper quotes usually leave out the dump fee or the second man.
