    Within 30 minutes during business hours, and first thing the next morning if you sent this overnight. Damien or someone on his crew, not a call center.

  2. We agree on a window

    Same-day is often possible if you called before noon. Next-day slots are almost always available. Nothing is charged to book, and there is no cancellation fee if you need to move it.

  3. The crew quotes on-site

    They look at what is going, give you one firm number, and wait for your yes. The number is set by how much truck space the load takes, from a single item to a full truck. If it does not work for you, they leave and you owe nothing.

Before we get there

Short list, and most of it is "do nothing."

  • Nothing has to be moved. Items can be in a basement, an attic, a back yard. The crew handles the lifting and the stairs.
  • Set aside anything that is staying. The quickest jobs are the ones where the crew can be told "everything in this room" without second-guessing.
  • Pull out hazardous items. Wet paint, fuels, chemicals, propane and asbestos cannot legally go on the truck.
  • Have a spot in mind for the truck. A driveway is ideal; the crew will work with street parking if that is what there is.
